Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
The story of our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe single orgin reveals why we’ve named it “The GOAT”. It all started in the 9th century in a small southern region of Ethiopia known as Yirgacheffe. A goat herder noticed his goats were unable to sleep after eating what he soon discovered to be coffee berries. He spread the word about the berries and his goats, and before you know it, Yirgacheffe was not only the birthplace of coffee, it was also a cultivation hotspot. Whether you’re a new coffee drinker or an aficionado, this silky, citrusy, internationally beloved blend is one of the Greatest Of All Times.
